Cross Connect Security is hiring part-time, licensed Security Guards for upcoming events. We offer adaptable shifts across days, evenings, nights, and weekends at major convention venues across Toronto.

Starting rate: $18/hour

Immediate shifts available for successful candidates

What You’ll Do

- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Monitor access points, conduct patrols, and observe site activity
- Respond to incidents and support emergency procedures when required
- Provide customer service and clear direction to attendees
- Work closely with event teams and fellow staff

What We’re Looking For





- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
- Resume (required)
- Valid work authorization in Canada (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to remain calm and composed in busy environments
- Smart Serve® certification (asset)
- Experience in events or security (asset, not required)
