Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Part Time Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, providing excellent customer service while supporting food preparation, cashiering, and food handling tasks. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable restaurant experience and develop your skills in a quick-paced environment.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations




- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and POS operations
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn new skills such as Micros POS systems and upselling techniques
