With your case management background, you will evaluate client needs and connect them to essential services. Your role will also involve teaching life skills and advocating for clients within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop personalized service plans for clients
• Provide essential referrals for basic needs like food and shelter
• Advocate for client rights with institutions and employers




• Coordinate settlement activities for groups of newcomers
• Document client progress and service effectiveness
Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Human Services or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience working with newcomers
• Proficient in computer software including Office suite
• Valid driver's license and insurance for client transport
• Fluent in Arabic, Kinyarwanda, Swahili, or Spanish
