We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team as we scale to the next phase in Compass Digital’s journey! This is a unique opportunity to incorporate agility in planning, process, and programs to ensure that our cross‑functional teams deliver our e‑commerce products efficiently while meeting the demands of the business.Become well versed in Compass Digital PMO Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagementVisibility and tracking of all project implementations and drive accountability for all deliverables associated with the engagementsProvide guidance and mentoring to junior resources working on their project implementationsCreate and own multiple documentation and artifacts including schedule, milestones, dependencies, and critical path for our e‑commerce projectsPartner with Digital Strategy, Delivery, Product, Configuration, Digital Care, and Development team leads or team members to ensure that well‑defined implementation strategies and project plans are in place to drive business objectives to completionFacilitate customer and/or partner meetings and articulate business requirements and functional specifications clearly and succinctlyProvide status reports and communication with customers and/or collaborators on project status and updates including scope, timeline, risks, impacts, dependencies, and contingency planningEnsure that projects are delivered within budget,



scope and specifications as outlined in the SOWEnsure that our customers can serve as a reference upon completing their implementationEnsure that there is a explicit process for the transition of the project from delivery to digital supportSkills and Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience as a senior project or similar roleExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong presentation, written and verbal communication skills for various audiences (technical, managers, executives)Shown success leading multiple, complex technology implementations for medium to large engagementsCertified PMP, scrum master or equivalent experience in agile methodologies (desired but not required)Preferable to have experience with project management processes and methodologies for software development and Artificial IntelligenceExperience managing 3rd party vendors in a projectManage customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalismProfessional Services or SaaS industry experience a plusPassion for customer serviceStrong leadership skills including: negotiating, influencing, communication, and problem solvingAbility to own problems and find solutions with minimal directionEducationBachelor’s Degree or College Diploma is preferred but not required.Position DetailsPosition Title: Project ManagerSalary: 90,000.00 - 115,000.00Bonus Eligible, 4 Weeks Vacation and more!Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentHybrid: 3 Days in Office - Toronto/ Mississauga#J-18808-Ljbffr
