The Company has developed a proprietary technology designed to facilitate targeted drug delivery of both existing and novel drugs.The technology is designed to support an extended duration of effect and delivery of drugs in a hyper-localized fashion, targeting only the tissues that physicians want to treat. The Company believes the potential for fewer adverse events may be achieved through the precision targeting and the reliable and flat delivery of the active ingredient when using this proprietary technology, versus the peaks and troughs seen with more traditional drug delivery methods. The precision of the platform has the potential to augment and transform existing FDA-approved drugs to improve their safety, tolerability, efficacy and duration of effect. The potential uses in therapeutic areas may go beyond initial targets and also to be applicable in oncology, infectious disease and other critical disease areas.The current target application is currently in a Phase 1b/2 trial. Potential pipeline indications include candidates for other indications, each designed to improve on the activity and tolerability of currently approved drugs.ScopeSupports the co-ordination & execution of communication and Investor Relations activities for the company. This role works closely with the cross functional teams and maintains a broad perspective on the business and all key developments within the company, ensuring the effective communication to appropriate constituents. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,



maintaining a high standard of care in terms of compliance for the company.Key responsibilities and dutiesDevelop and implement tactics to raise awareness of the Company PurposePlan and manage logistics for investor events, roadshows, and non-deal conferencesTrack engagement using CRM tools and generate insightsFollow and summarize industry news and developments with peer groupsPromote a strong, consistent corporate image and brand across all channelsManage the content development and execution of investor-facing materials, including the corporate presentation, website, publications, press releases and messaging documents, ensuring proper internal and external approval, and consistent disseminationOversee the ongoing development of the company’s corporate brand and reputationMeasure and report on communication effectiveness and press release performanceOversee management and content of the corporate websiteSupport special projects and perform related duties as requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Communications or related field; post-graduate degree isan asset2+ years of experience in investor relations, marketing, or related fieldExperience in a public company, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors, is an assetExceptional communication skills – both written and verbalAbility to develop clear, compelling PowerPoint presentationsHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independentlyDemonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretionCuriosity of capital markets and biotech investingSalary Range: $85,000 to $110,000, depending on education and relevant experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
