This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in HR, with opportunities to contribute to various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, and health and safety. The HR Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for employees and ensures administrative excellence in all tasks. This is an in‑office role based in Vancouver, BC.Salary Range$55,000 - $65,000 / yearResponsibilitiesSupport onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and supporting with coordination of current hire onboardingAdminister HR systems (HRIS, EMPTrust, 7Shifts), ensuring accuracy and completeness of dataSupport with health and safety programs, including monitoring joint health and safety compliance and coordinating injury management processesSubmit all workers compensation paperwork and support in the injury management programAct as the first point of contact for HR‑related queries, including resolving basic issues and escalating complex matters to appropriate team membersConduct HR audits for Food Safe/Safe Serve, Employment Agreements, Work Permits, etc.Support in managing employee documentation, files, and company policiesRequirementsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite3 years of work experience in a professional office is considered an assetExperience with ADP, 7Shifts, Zenput,
