Join our team as an EV Battery Modeling & Simulation Engineer in Windsor, ON (Hybrid). Shape the future of electric vehicle technology with innovative battery solutions.

This full-time position requires expertise in battery technology, simulations, and data analysis. You'll develop cutting-edge lithium-ion battery models and perform essential studies to assess performance and safety. As part of a collaborative team, you will work to enhance battery systems for electrified vehicles while leveraging your background in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:



• Create and validate degradation models for battery packs • Conduct performance studies on rapid charging and thermal events • Support pack development through scenario analysis and optimizations • Collaborate with various engineering teams on battery projects • Evaluate high-voltage battery system functionality and performance

Requirements: • Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering • Minimum 2 years experience in engineering simulations • Proficiency in battery modeling tools like GT-SUITE or MATLAB • Understanding of thermal management and battery degradation • Strong analytical and report-preparation skills
