Maple Reinders is seeking a Concrete Lead Handto support the Foreman or Superintendent in the secure, efficient, and high‑quality execution of concrete construction work on projects inBradford, Wasaga Beach, Dundalk, and surrounding areas. This role is hands‑on and combines formwork and concrete work with crew coordination, daily task direction, and layout support to meet productivity and schedule targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and coordinate daily activities of assigned concrete crewsCommunicate daily work plans, priorities, and production targetsSupport formwork, concrete placement, stripping, and resetting of formsAssist with layout, elevations, and verification of dimensions and tolerancesInspect formwork and embedded items prior to concrete placementIdentify and correct deficiencies before poursLead by example in health and safety practicesParticipate in hazard assessments and toolbox talksCoordinate with Foremen, Superintendents, and other tradesMonitor productivity and assist with maintaining workflow and site logisticsQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of concrete construction experienceStrong hands‑on experience with formwork, placing, and finishingKnowledge of wall and slab formwork systems (Meva or similar)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExperience leading small crews or acting in a senior field roleStrong understanding of construction sequencing and productivityWorking ConditionsPhysically demanding, field‑based roleCombination of hands‑on labour and leadership responsibilitiesExposure to varying weather conditionsTravel may be required depending on project locationAbout Maple ReindersMaple Reinders is one of Canada's most respected and trusted construction firms, delivering innovative solutions for over55 years.
