We seek a versatile Lead Hand with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. Proficiency in all aspects of interior systems—from metal framing to finish work—is essential. You will oversee project tasks while ensuring top-notch standards, primarily focusing on hospitality and retail sectors, all amidst various travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install T-bar ceilings and metal stud structures
• Conduct mudding and taping for pristine finishes
• Implement flooring types and detailed carpentry
• Ensure timely project delivery with Site Supervisor
• Maintain a well-organized and secure job site
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in commercial fit-outs
• Ability to travel with a valid Driver's License
• Comprehensive understanding of safety standards
• Necessary certifications including WHMIS and First Aid
• Advantageous: Red Seal in Carpentry or Drywall
