The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall Canadian operation, including the development and execution of operational strategy, driving sales, profitability, and guest experience, and ensuring consistent brand and operational standards across the network. Building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees and key business partners is essential, as is the ability to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and profitability.
