With a hands-on approach, you will tackle month-end close, inventory management, and compliance tasks while working with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting processes. Your analytical skills will help drive efficiencies in both financial reporting and operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting and journal entry processes
- Facilitate month-end and year-end financial close
- Conduct vendor and customer account reconciliations
- Support inventory valuations and cost allocations
- Assist with procurement activities and audit requests Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Robust understanding of inventory and cost accounting
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Excel
