MyLearningCoach is looking for independent contractors to provide virtual academic coaching (a blend of academic strategy instruction, tutoring and advising support) to students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate post-secondary studies.

We are specifically looking for professionals who can support with university level math, stats, accounting, engineering, and trades

- Support post-secondary students with various disabilities (learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, mental health, etc) to utilize strategies and resources that mitigate barriers to learning
- Teach metacognitive learning strategies, study skills, executive function/organization, research and academic writing skills
- Coaching is completed remotely with flexible full or part-time hours depending on the availability of the coach and student




- Competitive pay commensurate with qualifications and experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Education and Graduate degree in related field.
- Specialization in advanced MATH, STATISTICS, TRADES, ENGINEERING or ACCOUNTING content at a university level
- Experience delivering individual instruction
- Competent in supporting neuro-diverse learners
- Robust pedagogical beliefs that align with a social model of disability
- Teaching experience is required
- Canadian citizens residing in Canada.
