The role involves reviewing and analyzing client information to uncover insights that enable clients to make informed decisions about their benefit offerings, collaborating with internal Benefit Advisors and insurance carrier contacts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client service standards. Training will be provided to teach you the necessary skills.ResponsibilitiesWork as a team with Employee Benefit Advisors to retain assigned book of business by providing superior analysis and service in a timely mannerAccurate maintenance of client recordsReview monthly and quarterly reports produced for clientsRenewal analysis,



negotiations and custom presentation creationIdentify claiming patterns and highlight changes or results outside the normQualificationsExcellent organizational skillsSolid analytical skills and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work with multiple team members on multiple clientsProficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookCompensationThe salary range for this newly created role is $50,000 - $70,000.
