In reality.You are responsible for turning process into consistent execution across inbound, storage,



and outbound throughout the Fittes network. When something breaks, slows down, or creates friction, it sits with you to diagnose and fix it.You know our SKUs by heart and will work across inventory, logistics, and 3PL partners to ensure product moves accurately, efficiently, and predictably.If you are looking for a role where you set strategy without owning execution, this is not it.If you want to build systems that scales and see your impact daily, it is.What You’ll Be DoingOperational performance across the warehouse, accuracy, throughput, and efficiencyInventory integrity across systems and physical movementSOP development and enforcement across internal teams and 3PL partnersIdentification and removal of bottlenecks across inbound and outbound workflowsData-driven improvements to cost, speed, and qualityTeam output, not just team activityThis is a hands-on leadership role.
