Our client, Purolator, is seeking a Casual/On-Call Delivery Driverto join their team in Fredericton, NB.This is a permanent position with opportunity for growth within the company!

Job Title: Casual On-Call Delivery Driver
Location: Fredericton, NB
Pay Rate: $21.84/hour starting rate, progressing to $36.60/hour after 4 years

What’s the Job?

- Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily pick-up and delivery schedules
- Scan packages/mail as it is received, delivered, or returned to the depot at the end of the day
- Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch and customers
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (E-DVIR)
- Advise the unit manager when inspections fail

What’s Needed?





- Valid Class 5 Driver's License for at least 3 years required
- No more than four (4) demerit points on Driver's Abstract
- Must successfully pass Defensive Driving and Courier Methods training
- Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with Dispatch and customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
