As a Yard Person, you’ll keep equipment organized, clean, inspected, and ready to go — helping our customers and our team keep things moving.

Hands-On Work:

Spend your day around construction equipment, not behind a desk.

Learn the Equipment:

Gain experience with Develon, Bobcat, Ammann, and other equipment — training is provided.

Keep Things Moving:

Play an important role in getting equipment ready for customers, rentals, and service.

Monday to Friday:

Work 40 hours on average, with no weekend schedule.

Stay Active:

A physical, outdoor role where every day brings something different.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Prepare Equipment:

Stage, clean, inspect, and organize equipment for customers and upcoming rentals.

Keep Inventory Moving:

Maintain accurate equipment locations and yard transaction records.

Load & Unload:

Safely load and unload equipment from trailers and assist with moving machines around the yard.

Inspect & Report:

Complete equipment inspections and report damage, fuel levels,



cleanliness, and other issues.

Support Customers:

Help provide a smooth experience when customers pick up and return equipment.

Keep It Safe:

Maintain a clean, organized yard and follow workplace health and safety practices.

WHAT WE OFFER

Pay:

$23.42–$29.04 per hour
