Key Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume invoices quickly and accurately • Match invoices to purchase orders and documentation • Verify GL coding and invoice accuracy • Create and manage payment batches including EFT and wire transfers • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
