You'll execute Interac's Privacy Management Program, promoting effective practices across the organization. This role requires interacting with stakeholders and business units while continuously monitoring legislative changes to uphold data privacy compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and implement the Privacy Management Program
- Facilitate privacy forums integrating best practices
- Oversee vendor privacy assessments and PIA improvements




- Create reports on emerging privacy trends for leaders
- Assist in regulatory investigations and audit responses Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and extensive senior privacy experience
- IAPP certification is a must (CIPP/C or CIPM)
- Proven experience in developing compliance strategies
- Ability to guide various business units efficiently
