Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $120,000.00 AnnuallyJob OverviewA Financial Services Manager in a dealership environment oversees and manages the dealership's finance and insurance operations. They work closely with customers to offer financing options, ensure credit approvals, and assist in finalizing vehicle sales. The role involves creating and presenting financing packages, selling insurance products, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. They also collaborate with sales teams to optimize the dealership's profitability by offering competitive finance terms and managing relationships with lenders. Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills are essential in this role.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesExplain and demonstrate financial options to customersDeal directly with lenders and financial institutesPrepare and document any/all documentation for final deliveryMeet and excel set sales goals by selling extended products such as protection packages, extended warranties, life and accident/health insurance, and environmental protection packagesAdhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customersBe knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the Fair Credit Reporting ActInteract with appropriate departmentsStructure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelinesPerform credit interview, prepare credit applicationVerify accuracy of all information on the credit application and submit to lenderMaintain confidentiality of customer informationSell credit insurance and service contractsMaintain good lender relationsMaintain a lender guide of programs currently in use and obtain a working knowledge of themAnalyze credit reports,
