We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 support and implement individualized treatment plans. In this role, you’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA, make a direct impact on client growth, and be part of a team that values collaboration, professional development, and positive outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy based on individualized client goals and treatment plans.Collect, document, and analyze data during sessions to monitor client progress and guide treatment decisions.Attend client team meetings, mandatory quarterly staff meetings, and professional development workshops.Create and utilize instructional materials to support therapy goals.Facilitate individual and small group social skills training sessions when appropriate.Maintain timely communication, including checking and responding to company emails on business days.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (required).Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred).Prior experience or strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques (preferred).Strong data collection, time management, organizational,
