The Program

Coordinator position at Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada focuses on providing support and accountability to individuals in the recovery process. This role requires mentoring clients, facilitating recovery programs, and maintaining effective communication with families for restoration. The coordinator will help clients build personal recovery plans aligned with their spiritual journey. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide mentorship and accountability to assigned clients

- Develop and oversee personal study and recovery plans

- Document client progress and concerns accurately Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in addiction recovery or social services is an asset
