We specialise in servicing the high end of the financial markets, along with publishing, marketing and charity sectors, and pride ourselves in providing high quality, versatile, innovative print services using the latest technologies in an environmentally responsible manner.ResponsibilitiesProvide support and back-up for the designated account team.Support the management of a portfolio of customer accounts led by the Account Manager and ensure all customers receive consistently superior customer service.Work in conjunction with the account team to develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and the customer service detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement is delivered.Respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner and provide accurate and detailed responses to quote requests within target response times.Continuously confirm, monitor and progress chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards.Proactively monitor stock stored and produced, and maintain appropriate stock levels.Manage the production board for the account team, ensuring it is always up to date and contains correct information.Manage website imagery for the account team and manage artwork and proof submission and approval between supplier and client.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years working within the print industry.Experience with Direct Mail desirable but not essential.Resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.Creatively minded with a keen eye for detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
