As a Project Coordinator, you will work with the project and contract administration teams to assist in the distribution and coordination of technical and administrative information on projects, ensuring that the completion and filing of documents are in accordance with the project deliverables and NORR standards.You Will Make an Impact byDistributing and coordinating project deliverables and schedules for all project stagesLeading the project document control and exchange process, liaising with internal and external team membersManaging and maintaining a schedule for milestone documentation, Shop Drawings, RFIs, Certificates of Payments etc.Attending internal project meetings, taking and distributing minutes and following up on important action itemsOrdering, printing, and uploading project drawings and ensuring appropriate seals and stamps are affixed prior to distributing to contractors, clients, and consultantsEffectively communicating with clients,
