We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Implementation & Consultant to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of software solutions for new clients, translating business requirements into practical and technically feasible solutions, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Consulting

- Manage the complete implementation process for new clients, from project initiation through successful transition.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, records, and implementation materials.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, communicating progress, timelines, and scope.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and relevant government or regulatory frameworks throughout the implementation process.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and potential issues.
- Work closely with Account Managers to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth transition following implementation.
- Configure software systems according to approved project scope and requirements.
- Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, verification, and troubleshooting.




- Ensure project documentation and records are maintained in accordance with established policies.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training on implemented software solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the organization's software and implementation framework.
- Manage project budgets and monitor project-related costs.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Identify scope changes or scope creep and coordinate amendments when required.
- Adapt effectively to changing processes, client requirements, and project priorities.

Client & Team Collaboration
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Identify potential opportunities for additional services during implementation and communicate them to the Account Manager.
- Participate actively in team meetings, planning sessions, and project discussions.
- Provide internal training and knowledge-sharing when required.
- Contribute to a positive, safe, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Training & Development
- Conduct training and development sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support users throughout implementation to ensure effective adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful experience implementing software solutions .
- Experience working with Local Government environments is considered an asset.
- Experience with process mapping, Cascade, and/or Laserfiche is considered an asset.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Must have access to a reliable computer suitable for work from home.
