Elevate investor communications as a Public Company Investor Relations Specialist. Focus on creating key deliverables and drafting materials for results calls and stakeholder engagement. This role requires more than 4 years of in-house experience in investor relations at a public organization.

You'll be tasked with managing the earnings release cycle, analyzing shareholder data, and developing high-impact IR presentation materials. Your insights will contribute to our strategic communication with investors. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and prepare Q&A; for quarterly earnings calls
- Produce recommendations for guidance revisions
- Create investor day and equity positioning decks
- Analyze shareholder register for vulnerabilities
- Recommend dividend strategies based on analysis Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in an investor relations role
- Ownership of the earnings release process is essential
- IRC charter (NIRI) is a nice-to-have
- Sell-side research experience is a plus
