About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our web and mobile applications through manual and automated testing.

You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging cutting-edge AI-assisted tools to accelerate testing processes and improve coverage. Your work will directly impact the stability and performance of our products, supporting our mission to deliver unparalleled condition monitoring experiences to our clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation using TypeScript and Playwright, with practical experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.



You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, improve testing methodologies, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our QA processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technologies in a fast-growing environment committed to excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience, including manual testing and test automation of web and mobile applications
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining automated end-to-end tests with TypeScript and Playwright
- Proficiency in developing and extending automation frameworks and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor for writing, maintaining, and debugging tests
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured and backend database testing with SQL
- Familiarity with React for web testing and Flutter for mobile testing
- Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and Zephyr or similar tools for test case management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across web and mobile applications to ensure quality and usability
- Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases,



and exploratory testing sessions
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using TypeScript and Playwright, including end-to-end automation coverage
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance, and debugging processes
- Build and refine agentic testing workflows, utilizing prompts and AI agents for auto-generating test scaffolding and self-healing flaky selectors
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid feedback and continuous deployment
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira and Zephyr, ensuring clear communication with development teams
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Participate in the ongoing improvement of QA methodologies, maintaining detailed documentation and reporting on testing progress and quality metrics
