Position Summary

WSG is seeking an experienced Quality &

Certification Lead to oversee quality assurance and certification activities for testing and commissioning operations on the Woodfibre LNG Project.

The Quality &

Certification Lead is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of quality processes, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), calibration controls, traceability systems, certification records, non-conformance management, and project turnover documentation.

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Plans for testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.

Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance with client, project, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate and verify witness points, hold points, surveillance activities, and quality inspections.

Ensure all testing and inspection activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and quality requirements.

Maintain calibration programs and ensure testing equipment calibration traceability is current and fully documented.

Verify traceability of materials, instruments, equipment, and testing records.

Review and validate testing documentation, inspection reports, and acceptance records.

Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality investigations.

Coordinate client, third-party, and regulatory inspections as required.

Review and approve quality records supporting mechanical completion, commissioning, and handover activities.

Maintain certification packages for pressure testing, valve testing, commissioning, and specialized testing activities.

Compile and manage final turnover dossiers and project completion documentation.

Ensure quality records are complete, accurate, and readily available for audit and project turnover.

Support audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Interface with project management, engineering,



commissioning, client quality representatives, and field supervisors to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, commissioning, construction, or industrial project delivery.

Minimum 5 years in a senior quality leadership role on major industrial, LNG, energy, petrochemical, mining, or infrastructure projects.

Strong working knowledge of: Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)

Calibration Management

Traceability Requirements

Mechanical Completion and Turnover Processes

Non-Conformance Management

Certification and Documentation Control Experience managing project turnover dossiers and final certification packages.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, codes, standards, and commissioning documentation.

Solid understanding of quality requirements related to testing, pressure systems, and commissioning activities.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications Previous LNG project experience.

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

ASQ, CQA, CQT, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent quality certifications.

Experience supporting EPC, commissioning, and startup projects.

Knowledge of ASME, CSA, API, ISO, and applicable industry standards.

Experience using electronic completion and turnover management systems.

Experience managing client and third-party quality audits.
