In this full-time position, you will lead innovative recreation initiatives focusing on children and youth with disabilities, including those who are Deaf or hard of hearing. You will report to the Program Manager and support a team of Recreation Assistants and volunteers.

- Create and evaluate diverse programs for all abilities
- Direct and coach staff and volunteers for effective support
- Assist in recruiting and training staff and volunteers
- Partner with families and community to promote programs
- Maintain thorough records and handle client registrations Requirements:
- Degree in Recreation Studies or related discipline
- 2 years of experience with diverse groups in leadership roles
- Understanding of accessible sports and personal care needs
- Robust public speaking and communication skills
