Description

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Vancouver, BC | Department: People, Culture & Community | Reporting to: Talent Acquisition | Work Location Type: #hybrid

IREN is a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, delivering large-scale data centers and GPU clusters for AI training and inference. IREN’s platform is underpinned by its expansive portfolio of grid-connected land and power in renewable-rich regions across North America, Europe and APAC.

With 100% renewable energy, we build, own and operate our data centers and take pride in being at the forefront of sustainable solutions for the ever-evolving applications of high-performance compute. We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.

We’re looking for a highly driven Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to bring structure to chaos. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process - juggling multiple priorities, managing tight deadlines, and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. A strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

If you’re energized by high-volume coordination, love keeping things moving,

and take pride in delivering a seamless candidate experience under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in office administration or an entry-level HR support role, with hands-on exposure to HR processes, reporting, and data tracking.

- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing high volumes of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data tracking and reporting), as well as Planner, SharePoint, and Teams for coordination and collaboration.

- Highly organized and able to prioritize competing deadlines while supporting multiple stakeholders across recruitment and HR functions.

- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through with minimal supervision.

- Strong coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to busy workflows.

- Exposure to recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management) is an asset.

- Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian HR practices, employment standards, and compliance requirements is considered a plus.
