A strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
If you’re energized by high-volume coordination, love keeping things moving,
and take pride in delivering a seamless candidate experience under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (data tracking and reporting), as well as Planner, SharePoint, and Teams for coordination and collaboration.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize competing deadlines while supporting multiple stakeholders across recruitment and HR functions.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through with minimal supervision.
- Strong coordination and administrative skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to busy workflows.
- Exposure to recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS management) is an asset.
- Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian HR practices, employment standards, and compliance requirements is considered a plus.
