Regional Sales Manager – Financial Services

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually + 25% performance bonus + RRSP contributions ( non-commissioned role)

They are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their Toronto-based sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven qualified with a strong background in financial services and a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams. You are joining a management team where the last person was promoted within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the VP of Regional Sales to manage Business Development Associates and Managers.
- Drive consistent sales processes and optimize territory performance using data and tools.




- Foster team cohesion and implement effective territory models.
- Build cross-functional partnerships to support advisor and firm-wide priorities.
- Represent the company at client-facing events and industry conferences.
- Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management efforts in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and manage regional expenses.

What Makes You A Fit

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record in people management, coaching, and team development.
- University degree is required.
- Progress toward or completion of a recognized industry designation (e.g., CFP, CFA, CIM).
