Lead brain injury care at Fraser Health as the Regional Medical Director for Acquired Brain Injury and Concussion Services. Provide essential leadership and ensure high standards of care across the region. This part-time (0.3 FTE) executive position involves collaborating with ABI leadership to enhance medical staff performance and care standards.
You will engage in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and ensure effective recruitment and development of physician resources. As a leader, you'll mentor and guide the ABI team, aligning practices with interdisciplinary program goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional standards of care and practice
- Conduct physician resource planning and manage contracts
- Provide leadership through mentoring and team-oriented influence
- Offer senior medical administrative leadership for strategic matters
- Promote research, training, and policy development Requirements:
- Neuro-Psychiatrist/Psychiatrist or Physiatrist with brain injury experience
- Eligible for Fraser Health Medical Staff membership
- Five years of healthcare leadership experience
- Master’s degree in health administration preferred
