Seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and operationally driven Sales and Operations Manager to lead the Atlantic Canada team.
The ideal candidate combines robust leadership skills, customer first focus, operational knowledge, and experience working within a sales and service environment.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally sales and operations in all 4 Atlantic Provinces.. - Experience managing customer-facing teams and operational workflows. Ideal backgrounds are Industrial Distribution, Techncial sales and service, Oil/Gas/Propane/EV related products - installation, maintenance and repair.
