Responsibilities

- Provide personalized massage therapy treatments using various techniques to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, preferences, and specific concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.




- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to licensing regulations to ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies or lifestyle adjustments when suitable.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant health information.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that encourages client retention and satisfaction.

Skills

- 2200 Hour professional RMT program with experience working with active clients
- Interest in sports massage, deep tissue, cupping, fascial release
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect genuinely with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Superior communication skills for explaining treatment plans clearly and listening attentively to client feedback.

Applicants must be registered with a reputable RMT association
- An athletic female is preferred

Pay: $60.00-$71.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
