About the Role: Join a medical/surgical service delivering general medicine, surgery, chemotherapy, and dialysis-supported inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care

- Manage post-operative recovery and complex medical treatments

- Guide patients and families through discharge planning

- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals

Qualifications — Must-Haves:

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in positive standing

- Nursing diploma or degree from an approved program

- Current BLS/BCLS certification

- Experience with medication administration, IV therapy, venipuncture, wound care, and post-operative management

- Strong organizational, prioritizing, assessment, and workload-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Recent acute medical/surgical nursing experience

- Central line/PICC care experience





- Telemetry/ECG monitoring experience

Work Conditions: Work in a collaborative unit with steady workflow and rotating shifts.
