Your role will include managing care for newborns and participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive assessments for neonatal patients
- Provide accurate and timely reports on patient care
- Participate in high-risk deliveries using NRP
- Maintain complete patient care documentation
- Engage in continuous learning and mentoring Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN registration with BCCNM
- At least one year of daily NICU experience
- Certification in Basic Rescuer and Neonatal Resuscitation
