Peninsula Veterinary Hospital (PVH) located in the heart of Downtown Sidney, BC is an independently owned veterinary hospital for cats and dogs! Peninsula Veterinary Hospital requires a full-time or part-time Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Be competent in routine technical procedures such as IV catheterization, blood and urine collection, injections, bandage care and safely obtaining full body radiographs
- Surgery intake, prep, sedation, induction, and maintenance of anesthesia
- Dentistries - Be able to efficiently perform full-mouth dental radiographs and scale/polish teeth, and dental nerve blocks. We have seasoned RVTs who would love to mentor the right candidate!

Specific Qualifications and Experience:

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an RVT in BC
- Comfort working autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team




- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize the urgency of tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type:
