• Handle inbound calls for inquiries and current claims
• Document conversations and actions taken on claims

• Meet daily call center performance metrics
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
• Must work 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
• Eligible to work in Canada
