Title: Reporting Analyst - Tableau

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 12 + Months

Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee departmental reporting including production reports and development of new tableau dashboards. Working with stakeholders on reporting, data requirements and change management

Must have skills:

- Data Visualization &
- Storytelling

: Ability to create intuitive visualizations and craft compelling narratives to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.

- Data Management &

- Analysis:

Expertise in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to drive informed business decisions.

- Advanced Tableau Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Tableau, with ability to design and deploy complex, interactive dashboards and reports.

- Stakeholder Collaboration &

- Training:

Solid partnership skills to understand reporting needs and provide training.

- Communication &





- Project Management

: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Soft skills:

- Change Management: Ability to lead change initiatives, engage stakeholders, and ensure support for organizational transitions.
