The position requires a minimum of three years of supervisory experience and a strong understanding of disabilities and mental health. You'll facilitate Wellness Support Plans and advocate for clients, while ensuring effective communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee development of Individual Support Plans (ISP)
- Provide emotional support to clients and staff
- Respond to emergencies and facilitate service delivery
- Attend client care planning meetings as required
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Services
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of disabilities and mental health
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
