- 12 shifts of 11.78 hours - 1 shift of 8 hours - Relief: No - Float: No - Field Hours: No Compensation Salary: Pay Band Respiratory Therapist - Diploma $38.647 to $47.144 Travel Required: No Responsibilities Reporting to the manager, the therapist will provide service to patients and physicians by implementing the physician's orders for respiratory patient care.



This involves physician and associated staff consultation plus patient education on the purpose and technique for therapy. In addition, the therapist is responsible for the care and maintenance of respiratory equipment.

Qualifications - Respiratory Therapy Diploma (RT) - Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) - Basic computer skills - Basic leadership skills - Basic organizational skills - Basic communication skills - Basic interpersonal skills - Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in neonatal and pediatric patient care an asset - Registered/eligible with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) - Registered/eligible with Saskatchewan College of Respiratory Therapists (SCRT) - Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement - For more information on the city of Saskatoon please visit https://www.saskatoon.ca/
