As part of your responsibilities, you will monitor participants and report significant changes while working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and evaluate activities based on resident needs
Set up and clean activity spaces before and after use
Transport residents to and from various programs




Maintain accurate records of participation and resident conditions
Collaborate with staff from other departments for comprehensive care Requirements:
Diploma or degree in recreation or related field
Robust communication and documentation skills
