Duties

Supervise and mentor journeyman electricians and apprentices to promote best practices and safety protocols.
Conduct thorough inspections of electrical work to guarantee compliance with local codes and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects within scope.

Experience
Proven experience as a licensed Master Electrician with a strong track record of managing large-scale electrical projects.
Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex electrical problems efficiently under pressure.
Strong leadership qualities with experience mentoring or supervising junior electricians.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Valid licensing or certification as required by local or state authorities for Master Electricians.
