Join our dedicated team as an ABA Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental challenges. In this role, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behavioural changes, enhance communication skills, and foster independence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support growth and development in a compassionate, energetic setting.

Duties
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles tailored to each child's needs
Collect, record, and analyze data on behavior patterns to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Engage children in therapeutic activities designed to improve social, communication, and daily living skills
Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency and maximize therapy outcomes
Maintain a protected, supportive environment that encourages learning and positive behavioru reinforcement




Document session details thoroughly and prepare progress reports for review by supervisors and families

Skills
Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
Knowledge of special education strategies and behavioural intervention techniques
Ability to administer medication safely following prescribed guidelines
Robust understanding of developmental skills of children and youth is an asset
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioural health and child development
Proficient in data collection methods to track behavioural progress accurately
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, families, and team members

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
