AMB LIFT INC. is seeking a Parts Specialist to join our growing team in Carp, Ontario. Start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can support our customers, technicians, and branch operations with parts ordering, quoting, invoicing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in locating required parts and provide pricing information
Prepare accurate shop quotes and road service quotes
Complete online parts orders and create/process customer invoices
Respond to customer inquiries and provide problem-solving support
Receive, unload, and store incoming parts and materials
Locate parts and materials and ship them to customers and other branches
Support service technicians as needed
Place stock orders and manage inventory and bin adjustments
Maintain accurate documentation of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions
Use parts and warehousing equipment, software, and computer systems

Required Skills




Excellent customer service skills, in person and over the phone
Strong attention to detail, especially with quotes, invoices, and order accuracy
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Good organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Experience
Experience in the parts or warehousing industry
Knowledge of material handling equipment parts (asset but not required)
Experience with quoting (shop and road service), invoicing, or order processing
