Duties
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food preparation areas following food safety regulations
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items to enhance their experience
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining a tidy work environment throughout your shift

Skills




Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments, preferably within the restaurant or food industry
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for productive order entry and payment processing
Robust time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly without compromising quality
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction management
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Food handler certificate needed
