Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Excavator/Bobcat/Backhoe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform various tasks related to excavation, grading, and site preparation. This role requires a solid understanding of heavy equipment operation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Operate excavators and other heavy equipment, including bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and graders, to perform digging, grading, and paving tasks.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project milestones are met.
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a protected work environment.
Assist in the movement of materials around the job site as needed.




Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Experience
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with excavators and related machinery.
Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting minor issues with machinery.
Experience in excavator/loader operation, backhoe operation, grader operation, and paving is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications is beneficial.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
