Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, taking care of animals and maintaining an organized sales floor. The ideal candidate will possess robust communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Restock product regularly.
Provide knowledgeable assistance in sales and inquiries.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.




Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
Maintain high standards of customer service, including phone etiquette when handling inquiries.

Skills
Strong background in retail sales is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
Proficient in cashiering duties with attention to detail in cash handling processes.
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while ensuring customer satisfaction.
