Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food and beverage service, solid time management skills, and a passion for hospitality. Candidates should be comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and food safety standards to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance guest experience
Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively during busy periods
Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests




Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking of supplies as needed
Adhere to all food safety regulations and health codes

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in hospitality environments demonstrating professionalism and teamwork

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
