New Steel is the biggest retailer of Body Jewelry in Ontario! Openings are for RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE with flexible availability.

Candidates must be punctual, responsible, independent, enthusiastic, organized, able to take initiative and have good customer service skills.

Employees will interact with customers on a constant basis. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with daily store operations, cleaning, organizing and upholding our strong visual merchandising standards. Experience in body jewelry is not required. Paid training will be provided on site.

*Must be able to work approximately 4–8 hour shifts during the mornings, afternoons, evenings (according to mall hours). Employees are required to be available for call-ins, sick calls, holidays,



short notice and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed while providing excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries via phone with proper phone etiquette, ensuring all interactions are positive.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store presentation standards.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
