Key Responsibilities:
• Implement effective eviction prevention techniques
• Provide crisis intervention and support for tenants
• Address issues of outstanding arrears and pest control
• Collaborate with tenants in de-cluttering and organizing
• Design programs to build community capacity
Requirements:
• Degree in social work or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in a supportive direct service role
• Knowledge of harm reduction and pest control practices
• Strong conflict mediation skills
• Proven ability to work independently
